Referral Rewards

Blockhouse Bay Dental Centre has been serving the local community since 1958 and we take great pride in delivering the highest quality care for our many loyal patients.

For each and every new patient you refer to the practice, you receive a $75 credit to your account. There is no limit to the number of patients you can refer.

  • The referee must be 18 years or older
  • The referee must mention the name of who referred them
  • The referee must attend the practice for dental treatment
  • The credit will made to the referrer’s account the day the referee pays for their treatment
  • Your credit must be used within 12 months of being applied to your account
  • You can transfer your credit to another patient at the practice by informing us in writing
  • Your credit is for dental treatment only, not for dental products
  • Your credit may not be redeemed for cash
  • Failure to attend your appointment will result in the referral reward being rescinded
  • The referring patient won’t receive the credit if the referee chooses the $69 New Patient Special or the Half Price Hygienist Clean
